Whether it's a family get together or you're throwing a party, you may wish to serve easy to make party snacks or appetizers.

Easy Appetizer Recipes

Here's our no. 1 favorite, it blew us away the first time we tasted it:-

Roast Almonds with Paprika

This tasty finger food is so easy to create - but looks and tastes fabulous. For a large party, you will probably need to multiply this quantity, but this is sufficient for you to make and taste at home.

Ingredients

  • 250g whole blanched almonds
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
  • 1-2 teaspoons ground salt
  1. Heat the oven to 150C, Gas Mark 2
  2. Put the almonds on a baking tray
  3. Dry roast in the oven for 25 minutes, until golden
  4. Remove and whilst still warm, stir in oil, paprika and salt
  5. Stire well
  6. Spread out on baking tray and place in oven for 2-4 minutes
  7. Remove and cool

Serve in a bowl.

Another of our favorites for guests is slices of manchego cheese, served with jam, unusual, but always well received.
